BILL POWERS, PRESIDENT
Bill’s experience includes 20 years in big box retail operations and 10 years in the B2B service sector prior to joining MetroTech. Bill has successfully designed and managed distribution and manufacturing systems around the globe for a Fortune 500 company. Certified in Six Sigma methodology, he brings a spirit of continuous improvement to the organization. Bill’s mission is to make MetroTech the undisputed choice for HVAC repair solutions by continuing to build partnerships with our best-in-class customers and delivering the highest quality service with the most professional office and technician team in the industry.
TOM BONNEL, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES & MARKETING
Tom Bonnel has been with MetroTech since 1999 and during his 16 year tenure has embraced the challenge and variety of all the positions he has held. Tom earned a Bachelor of Combined Sciences degree from Santa Clara University and an Executive Development degree from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Prior to joining MetroTech, Tom spent 18 years at Ford Motor Company in a number of leadership positions in Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing and Advertising. Tom’s skill sets are also applied in a variety of profit and not-for-profit organizations and boards involving community, church, school, club and sports. Tom’s focus is on trust, which is deeply rooted in his emphasis on open communication, building value, and delivering results.
JUDY DLUZEN, DIRECTOR OF FINANCE
Judy has a background in managing operations, improving customer service and reducing costs. Judy has a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Western Illinois University and an MBA in Finance from Keller Graduate School of Management. She joined MetroTech in 2011 and has been instrumental in process change and simplification. Prior to MetroTech, Judy spent eight years at PWC as a managing consultant heading financial system implementations. Judy spent four years at NEC as Director of Business Operations where she successfully launched an NEC e-commerce site for business customers and most recently was CFO and Vice President of Finance and Operations for Educational Resources, the largest distributor of Microsoft products in education. Her accomplishments include leading change and transforming under-performing areas.
PAUL LOSER, VICE PRESIDENT OF FIELD SERVICE
Paul’s primary roll is to ensure that MetroTech has well-trained, knowledgeable, honest, dependable, technicians to handle all the different HVAC needs. He manages our nationwide grid of in-house technicians utilizing a three-tiered, regional structure. Paul has over 40 years experience in the HVAC field. He has been with MetroTech for 21 years. Paul currently holds five master mechanical licenses across the US. He has numerous HVAC certifications. Paul has worked with many national HVAC equipment distributors and technical assistance teams. Paul started his HVAC career in the Army. He is a Vietnam veteran with twelve years active duty. He now spends many weekend working with and raising money for Wounded Warriors. He is always on call to help in any way with soldiers returning home from missions.
